So Near and Yet So Far………….

Eversince I was a young boy, many many moons ago, I have always believed that I am destined for greatness.   Greatness is such a vague term though.  Although, I would much prefer to be great in the worldly sense, spiritually speaking, greatness becomes something that is feared.  Feared in a sense that you would NOT like it to happen to you, why? Well, sacrificing your life for someone is great.  For us catholics, suffering in silence is great.  These great acts are celebrated in the halls of catholic schools, churches and convents and constitutes the ultimate sacrifice that one can undertake.  Continue reading →

Weekend Stories

Last Friday, while having  met a friend, going to the bank, going to 711, going up and down the building and finally meeting the programmer, I decided to sit on the conference table and noticed my fly was open.   Not just open, it was really open!
