A Primer For the Rambling Virus

One of the things that I wrote about were random thoughts on a daily basis.  I called it the MOT or Myriad of Thoughts, there were also regular conversations I had with my then 7 year old daughter (who by the way is 16 years old now) as well as conversations I had with my alteregos. That was 2007.  My son, Igor, who was but a toddler at that time is now 10 years old.

Those years were dark for me. Marriage fell apart, business was struggling to the point of folding, dreams looked like they were just that….Dreams.  But all those years were made bearable by the presence of those two mentioned above.  They were the beacon that shone the light on my path to relative success.  Then come 2010, I met the most wonderful woman ever.  She has kids of her own, who I am  absolutely crazy for.  It was rough at first, but we have jelled into a mean (but mostly funny) family unit.  Armed with a ton more of inspiration, I accomplished relative success. Though, I still don’t have my beach rest house, nor own a number of businesses, these are but fuses that light the fire in my belly.  Looking back though,  I am filled with so much gratitude at how my life turned out.

This blog now aims to celebrate life.  All of its inanities, weirdness and comedy that make life so much worth living.  But also, it aims to teach and inspire people to succeed in life.  Our journey is not yet completed, over time you will see our struggles as well as our successes. If you noticed, the word “my” has been replaced by “our” as my daughter has the same love for writing as I do and will contribute here every so often.

For those who used to read my entries, I ask for patience.  I do plan to migrate most of my posts here (there are hundreds so please bear with me).  Though I have to censure some, as they pertain to people who in one way or another I was involved with then.  So out of respect for my partner (and yeah you can say fear as well), I am keeping those out of here.

Thank you for reading.  🙂
